KBS 2010: Key dates and deadlines

• February 15	• Abstract submission deadline • Application for travel assistance due • Registration deadline for travel assistance applicants
• April 1	Registration payment due, thereafter a late fee of CHF 120.00 (€ ) will be charged
• April 15	Full paper submission deadline
• May 1	Application Ole-Jørgen Skog award due
• May 29 – May 30	Pre-symposia and working meetings
• May 31 – June 4	Conference

Participants are kindly asked to respect these given deadlines. The organizers cannot guarantee that abstracts submitted after the official deadline (February 15) will be grouped thematically. Instead they may be randomly allocated a slot during the Thursday sessions. There is also no guarantee the full papers submitted after the deadline (April 15) will be included on the symposium CD. In addition the authors will have to ensure that the discussant receives a copy of the paper in time (at least one week before the symposium).

The registration fee includes entrance to sessions and coffee breaks.

For those paying by bank transfer, please keep in mind that for Early Bird Fees both registration AND payment are due by April 1^st.

All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). The approcimate amount in Euros is given in brackets

Remember to write your full name and KBS 2010 on all transfers. Transaction fees will be borne by the participant.

On the registration site you will asked be charged for only the registration fee, the symposium dinner and the sightseeing tour (where applicable).

Hotel accommodation must be booked separately. The payment for your hotel will be settled directly with the hotel upon check-in / checkout. When booking your accommodation, the information asked for on the corresponding site is merely to guarantee the hotel reservation.

Please be aware that once you have completed your registration, you must notify the administration of any later changes via email.
