Participants are recommended to pay their fees as soon as they register. Please note that the earlybird fee is only valid for participants paying their fee BEFORE March 17, 2017. Participants registering before, but paying after, the earlybird deadline will be automatically charged the difference.
If you are applying for financial support, please register but do not pay the fees until you have received a decision on your application. We will make arrangements for adjusting your fees after the financial support decisions are taken.
