Invitations letters
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it from the Organizing Committee at least three months prior to the KBS 2019 Symposium.
Confirmation of registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Organizing Committee of the KBS 2019 Symposium within a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to:

Change of delegate
Substitutions of attendees can be made for a cost of €35, VAT included.
Please inform the Organizing Committee of the KBS 2019 Symposium in writing, giving the name of the substitute by May 15, 2019.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made in writing to the Organizing Committee of the KBS 2019 Symposium by sending an e-mail to:

Refunds
- until May 15, 2019: 50% (after bank expenses deduction)
- after May 15, 2019: no refund
Refunds will be made after the KBS 2019 Symposium. If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the KBS 2019 Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Liability
The contributors will be carefully selected and the KBS 2019 Symposium will be carefully prepared. The organizers of the KBS 2019 Symposium cannot accept liability for the up-to-datedness, correctness and completeness with respect to conference documentation and content, unless the damage is the direct consequence of an intentional act or gross negligence. Neither the organizers of the KBS 2019 Symposium will assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium.
Disputes
All agreements between KBS 2019 organisers and the Other Party and all disputes which may arise between the Parties shall be exclusively subject to the Dutch Law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
