Registration for KBS 2022 is now open!

Kindly read the terms and conditions below first.

Participants are recommended to pay their fees as soon as they register. Please note that the ‘early bird’ fee is only valid for participants paying their fee BEFORE 27 March 2022. Participants registering before, but paying after the ‘early bird’ deadline will be automatically charged the difference.

If you have recieved financial support, please register but do not pay the fees directly after registration. We should first include the financial support amount in your account.

Registration is not possible anymore (closing date was Jun 10, 2022).

Fees

Payment of Registration Fees

• We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and payments against debit note (KCPU is not a VAT payer – the net amount equals the gross amount. It also means that it is not possible to issue an invoice, instead you can receive a debit note. In case of payments by credit cards the debit note is generated automatically and sent to the payee’s email address).
• Credit card payment: The registration fee should be fully paid in PLN by credit card at the same time with your registration. Credit card payments are processed via an SSL secured credit card payment link at the end of the online registration form.
• Payment by bank transfer: if you opt for this form of payment, you can receive a debit note generated before the payment. Please send the details for the debit note (name and surname of the attendee, name of the institution, address, tax identification number (VAT number)) to the email   .
• Debit note: The debit notereference number must show as identification on bank transactions. The debit note will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payee.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding. In case of cancellation by May 15, 2022 50%  of fee (after bank charges deduction) will be refunded. After May 15, 2022 no refunds will be made.

Refunds will be made after the KBS 2022 Symposium. If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the KBS 2022 Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

• The symposium organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants, either during or as a result of the symposium. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own or your company's insurance.
• The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.
