If you require a Visa letter, please ensure that your conference registration fee is paid in full. Thereafter, email proof your registration fee payment, a clear scanned copy of the data page of your passport, your residential address with postal code, city, country and contact number to kbs2023@joburg@gmail.com, with the following subject line “Visa letter request – first name, last name”.
