Participants are recommended to pay their fees as soon as they register. Please note that the ‘early bird’ fee is only valid for participants paying their fee BEFORE 31 March 2023. Participants registering before, but paying after the ‘early bird’ deadline will be automatically charged the difference.
If you applied for financial support, please register for the conference without paying any conference fees. Once you receive a decision regarding the outcome of your financial support, you may go ahead and pay the conference fee using the financial support amount that reflects on your portal.
Registration is not possible anymore (closing date was Jun 10, 2023).
